What is Credit Recovery?
Students at Northbridge have the opportunity to recover credit for full or partial courses that they have failed. These credit recovery courses are offered as an independent study through an online platform and are supported by Northbridge staff. The credit recovery courses are mastery-based. Each student will begin the course by taking a prescriptive assessment; this assessment will exempt the student from the portions of the course that they have mastered while developing an individualized pathway for them to complete the remainder of the coursework. Upon completion of the course, the student will be awarded the appropriate credit.
