Hybrid School Board Meeting Attendance Procedure

Hybrid School Board Action Meeting In-person Public Attendance Procedure

Beginning May 20, 2021, North Penn Board of School Directors’ action meetings can now accommodate public attendance with a limited capacity. Due to current PA Health Department Guidelines, we can accommodate up to 10 members of the public in conference room A of the Educational Services Center, 401 E. Hancock Street, Lansdale, PA. NPSD administration and members of the school board will continue to attend meetings in a hybrid format in order to maintain appropriate social distancing.

Members of the public who wish to attend a meeting must sign up using the following form: Register to attend upcoming in-person NPSD Board of School Directors Action Meeting. Pre-registered attendees should arrive 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. Due to limited staffing, no other pre-registered in-person attendance will be permitted to enter the building once the meeting begins. Once all ten slots have been filled, members of the public must attend the meeting virtually.

All in-person attendees will need to maintain social distancing and wear an appropriate face mask at all times. Attendees should not come to the event if they become sick with COVID-19 symptoms, test positive for COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone with symptoms or someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19.

Please note that for all committee and worksession meetings, there will be no in-person attendance by the public. The public will still participate in committee meetings virtually.

If you have any questions or have difficulty filling out the pre-registration form, please contact Bob Gillmer, Coordinator of Communications Media who is the pandemic coordinator for these meetings at 215-853-1033 or [email protected].
