The Northbridge School is a multi-tiered transition program designed to provide academic and mental health support for secondary students in the North Penn School District. Faculty and staff are committed to providing each Northbridge student with a warm, supportive and accepting environment to meet their individual goal. The Northbridge instructional program is aligned with North Penn School District curriculum, which provides Northbridge teachers the opportunity to set developmentally appropriate expectations for students. Northbridge faculty and counselors work with students to identify individual academic and emotional goals, which can include returning to their originating school, as well as setting them on a course for a successful post secondary career.
